Amanda Pellatt

After a successful first exhibition at Duchy Square Art Centre in Princetown at the top of Dartmoor, she has now relocated to the coast of South Hams where the rivers meet the sea.

"At the EDGE, a most interesting place to be" she says. "Having studied the landscape above the watershed, I am now excited at the prospect of responding to a different geographical location".

The place where two eco-systems or habitats meet is generally more productive and richer in the variety of species present than either habitat on its own. In ecology this is called 'ecotone'. The Permaculture Society.

She will be working towards a new body of work based part-time at the Hope Cove Gallery, an exciting new art gallery in a stunning location.
