The cost of return must be paid by yourself unless the item was received damaged or faulty when of course we will pay the cost.
Any loss of or damage to the goods during the return will be your responsibility so we suggest you obtain a proof of posting if using the Post Office. Your account will be refunded within 3 days of receipt at the gallery. Please send the items in their original packaging and unused with the order number and your contact details.
If your item is received damaged you must sign for it as received damaged on the courier’s screen. Without this we cannot claim for any compensation. You must also notify us at the gallery on receipt in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken. We will endeavour to get you a replacement or a choice of substitutes or refund.
