Shipping and Returns
Our aim is to post items as soon as possible or within 3-5 working days depending on the size of the parcel. For larger items, couriers will be used and we will provide tracking and details of your shipment via email.
Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address, a contact number and any other details.
We charge accordingly for delivery on all orders to mainland UK but you can also order on the site and then collect in the gallery - This option will be clear at checkout.
If you are not happy with your purchase then please let us know within 5 days of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The cost of return must be paid by yourself unless the item was received damaged or faulty when of course we will pay the cost.
Any loss of or damage to the goods during the return will be your responsibility so we suggest you obtain a proof of posting if using the Post Office. Your paying account will be refunded within 5 days of receipt at the gallery. Please send the items in their original packaging and unused with your contact details.
If your item is received damaged you must sign for it as received damaged on the courier’s screen. Without this we cannot claim for any compensation. You must also notify us at the gallery on receipt in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or broken. We will endeavour to get you a replacement or a choice of substitutes or refund.
Sometimes it is possible that an item you want has already been sold in the gallery that day before we can update the website. If this occurs we will inform you straight away. We may be able to offer you a substitute or a recreation of an original piece and will send you photos for you to assess. If these aren’t appropriate for you we will refund you immediately.
